Let's start with the barbacoa tacos: delicious! The meat was soft, juicy and full of flavor, with that traditional touch that is difficult to find. Every bite transported me back to those family Sundays where barbecue is the star. The tacos were generous in portion, and the tortillas, freshly made, added that perfect texture to complement the explosion of flavors. The consomme, for its part, was the ideal complement. It was not just any soup, but a true delicacy full of tender and well-cooked meat. The broth was perfectly seasoned, with that deep, comforting flavor that makes you want to repeat. If you are a barbecue lover, Casa Borrego's consomme is a must-try. The service was impeccable, fast and attentive, and the cozy atmosphere invites you to stay and enjoy every minute of your meal.
